Diamond Platnumz, born Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, is a Tanzanian singer, songwriter, dancer, businessman, and one of the biggest names in East African music. He rose to fame with his breakthrough hit “Kamwambie” in 2010 and went on to become a leading figure in the Bongo Flava movement.
Known for hits such as “Number One,” “African Beauty,” “Waah,” “Jeje,” and “Inama,” Diamond has collaborated with major African and international artists, including Davido, Ne-Yo, Omarion, Fally Ipupa, and Koffi Olomide. He is also the founder and CEO of WCB Wasafi, and has built a major entertainment brand through music, media, and business ventures.
