Fik Fameica, born Walukagga Shafik on January 10, 1996, in Kampala, Uganda, is a Ugandan rapper and songwriter known for his work in hip-hop, Afrobeats, Afropop and dancehall. He is also known as Fresh Bwoy and King Kong.
He began his music career in 2015 with “Pistol” and rose to prominence with hits including “Batuwulira,” “Byenyenya,” “Kutama,” “Sconto” and “Tonsukuma.” He has collaborated with artists such as Patoranking and Rayvanny and has won several awards in Uganda and East Africa.
Fik Fameica remains one of Uganda’s prominent artists, recognized for his energetic sound and versatility.
