Bongo flava, Afrobeats
Harmonize, born Rajabu Abdul Kahali Ibrahim, is a Tanzanian singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur known for his distinctive blend of Bongo Flava, Afropop, and Afrobeats. He rose to prominence in 2015 with his breakthrough single “Aiyola” after becoming the first artist signed to Diamond Platnumz’s WCB Wasafi label.
Harmonize gained regional and international recognition through hits such as “Kwa Ngwaru,” “Kainama,” “Uno,” “Teacher,” and “Sandakalawe,” while collaborating with artists including Diamond Platnumz, Burna Boy, Yemi Alade, Sarkodie, and Bruce Melodie. After leaving WCB Wasafi in 2019, he founded Konde Music Worldwide and went on to release albums including Afro East, High School, Made for Us, and Visit Bongo. Widely regarded as one of Tanzania’s leading contemporary artists, Harmonize has built a strong following across Africa and beyond.
