Pitbull, born Armando Christian Pérez on January 15, 1981, in Miami, Florida, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and actor. Growing up in a Cuban-American family, he was exposed to different cultures and musical influences from an early age, experiences that would later shape his distinctive sound.
He began his career in the early 2000s as a reggaeton, Latin hip-hop, and crunk artist before evolving into a global pop star. Pitbull rose to international fame with hits including “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho),” “Give Me Everything,” “Feel This Moment,” and “Timber.” Known for blending hip-hop, Latin, and pop, he has sold millions of records worldwide and established himself as one of the most successful Latin-influenced artists of his generation.
