Sheebah Karungi, born on November 11, 1989, in Kampala, Uganda, and popularly known as Queen Karma, is a Ugandan singer, dancer, actress, and entrepreneur. She began her career as a dancer with the Obsessions dance group before pursuing music as a solo artist.
Sheebah rose to fame with hits such as “Ice Cream,” “Automatic,” “Twesana,” “Nkwatako,” and “Mummy Yo.” Her energetic performances and distinctive blend of Afropop, dancehall, and contemporary Ugandan sounds have made her one of Uganda’s most celebrated female artists. A multiple award winner, she has also appeared in the film Queen of Katwe and served as Vice President of the Uganda National Musicians Federation.
