Nigerian singer 2Baba has released the official music video for “Balling,” his single first released in December 2025. The video premiered on October 9, 2026, according to the release details shared with the announcement.
“Balling” focuses on enjoying life, celebrating personal progress and protecting peace of mind. In the song, 2Baba pushes back against negativity, saying that “wickedness is overrated” and “bad mouth is outdated.”
The track presents success as more than showing off wealth. Its message also touches on staying focused, enjoying life and refusing to let other people’s opinions control one's happiness.
The video gives fans a new visual way to experience the song. It also brings renewed attention to a track that has been available on music platforms since December 2025.
The release comes as 2Baba prepares for his next studio album, Oldest Young Man. The singer announced the project in August 2026, sharing the title alongside a message reflecting on his life and career. He has yet to announce its official release date or full tracklist.
In September, 2Baba also released “Mental,” a collaboration with Nigerian singer FAVE, around his 51st birthday. The song was another release in a career that has spanned decades in Nigerian music.
With the “Balling” video now available, listeners can revisit the single through its official visual release while awaiting further details about Oldest Young Man.
