Rwandan artist and creative director ATEE BRN, also known as Shema Marius Bizimungu, has released the official music video for his latest single, “SHAKE.”
The song takes a laid-back approach to Dancehall, blending a chill rhythm with an easygoing groove that gives the track a distinct feel. Rather than relying on an overly polished modern aesthetic, the visual leans into an old-school look, giving “SHAKE” a nostalgic touch while keeping the music rooted in today’s sound.
ATEE BRN brings together his musical and visual creativity in the release, using simple styling, movement and retro-inspired visuals to complement the relaxed energy of the song.
The artist has been building his music catalog since 2021, with previous releases including “IBICERI,” “Over Me,” “Abahuliga” and “Maguru.” Beyond music, he also works in Kigali’s creative industry as a creative director and multimedia professional.
With “SHAKE,” ATEE BRN continues to explore a style that combines contemporary African music with a nostalgic visual identity.
