Cardi B was among the stars who took part in Vogue World: Milano 2026, held at the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II as Milan Fashion Week began. The rapper walked during the “Patterns” part of the show wearing a colorful Versace Spring 2018 dress covered with pop-art images inspired by vintage Vogue covers. She completed the look with Versace shoes and diamond-covered Tiffany & Co. bone cuffs.
The dress has a special place in Versace history. Donatella Versace created the Spring 2018 collection to honor her late brother, Gianni Versace, 20 years after his death. The collection looked back at Gianni's famous designs from the 1990s, including his colorful pop-art prints.
