Diamond Brown has accused singer Chris Brown of making death threats against her current boyfriend and his twin brother, according to court documents filed during their ongoing child support and custody dispute.

Diamond, who shares a 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown, with the singer, made the allegations in new court filings reported by TMZ. She said her relationship with Chris ended about two years ago but claimed he becomes extremely angry when she dates other men.

According to Diamond's filing, Chris allegedly made death threats against her most recent boyfriend and also threatened his twin brother. She further claimed that third parties had been used to make threats.

Diamond also alleged that a similar situation happened with another man she dated after her relationship with Chris ended. She said the alleged harassment contributed to the end of both relationships and made her afraid to move forward with her personal life.

Diamond said she had already asked Chris's legal team through her lawyer, beginning in March, to get him to stop the alleged behavior. She said she has not requested a domestic-violence restraining order and hoped the situation could be resolved without one.

The allegations are part of a wider legal dispute between the former couple. Diamond filed a case over custody and child support in April 2026 and asked for primary legal and physical custody of their daughter. Chris later responded by seeking joint legal and physical custody.

Diamond has also accused Chris of not providing enough financial information for the court to determine the appropriate amount of child support. She said she wants support that is sufficient to meet their daughter's needs.

Chris Brown has denied Diamond's harassment allegations through his lawyer. According to TMZ, his attorney said Chris denies the claims and asked Diamond's legal team to provide specific details about the alleged incidents.

The allegations have not been proven in court. The custody and child-support dispute remains ongoing, with both sides presenting their positions to the court.
