Ivorian rapper Didi B and French-Cameroonian singer Tayc have released the official music video for their new song “JURU,” bringing the two artists together again after their recent collaboration on “SALO.”
The new video gives “JURU” a visual story while bringing together Didi B’s rap style and Tayc’s R&B sound. The video was directed by Nonos & Lexou, with the two artists sharing moments from the project ahead of its release.
The collaboration comes at an important time for both artists. Didi B, whose real name is Bassa Zéréhoué Diyilem, first became widely known as a member of the Ivorian hip-hop group Kiff No Beat before building a successful solo career. His 2022 album History (MojoTrône II) helped establish him as one of the leading names in Ivorian rap.
Tayc, whose real name is Julien Bouadjie Kamgang, was born in Marseille to Cameroonian parents. He began his music career with projects such as Alchemy and later became known for his “Afrolove” style, which brings together R&B, Afropop and other African and Caribbean sounds. In 2026, he also joined the coaching team on the French TV show The Voice.
“JURU” continues the musical connection between the two artists and gives their audiences another collaboration that brings Ivorian rap and French-speaking R&B together.
