A new Canadian adult animated comedy, Gone to Hell, is bringing rock music, dark comedy and a wild trip to the underworld to screens this fall.

Gone to Hell follows Demon Destroyer, a famous rock band that finds itself in Hell after a strange accident during a concert. The problem is that the band members are not actually dead. Their bodies are still alive on Earth, where they remain in comas.

The band must find a way out of Hell and return to their bodies before their record label makes a decision that could end their lives. Their situation is made even harder by the Devil, who has his own reasons for keeping them in the underworld.

The series was created by Brian Peco and Craig Mailman and mixes animated characters with handmade miniature sets. That gives Gone to Hell a different visual style while keeping the comedy at the center of the story.

The voice cast includes Paul Spence as Demon Destroyer frontman Rick Fashun, along with Chris Locke, Derrick Beckles, Jackie Pirico and Kevin Morgan. The series is rated TV-MA and is aimed at adult viewers.

Gone to Hell has eight episodes and is also available through Animation+ and Tubi, where the story follows the band as they try to escape Hell before it is too late.

The series is produced in Canada by Banger Films and adds another title to the growing world of adult animated comedy.
