British-Nigerian influencer and businessman Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has died at 43 after a cosmetic procedure in Thailand, according to a coroner’s finding.

Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, also known online as Denisi or Ego, died after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure while visiting Bangkok, Thailand, with his wife.

Penis enlargement is a cosmetic procedure that aims to increase the size of the penis. It can involve surgery or injections using fillers. Like other medical procedures, it can carry serious risks.

Ubiribo reportedly received a filler injection at a clinic in Bangkok. Soon after, he complained of severe chest pain while getting a massage and later lost consciousness twice. He was taken to a hospital, where doctors tried to save his life.

A later examination in the UK found filler in his lungs. London coroner Jean Harkin ruled that the cosmetic procedure caused a pulmonary embolism, a serious condition in which a blood vessel in the lungs becomes blocked.

Ubiribo was known for sharing his luxury lifestyle online and had around 185,000 followers on Instagram. He was also a businessman and was known to be a childhood friend of Nigerian music star Davido.

His death was initially linked to a heart problem, but the later examination gave a different explanation. The case has also raised concerns about the possible dangers of cosmetic filler procedures.
