Kate Bashabe attended the Ambassadors of Christ Choir’s 30th Anniversary Concert on the night of August 30, 2026, where she spoke about her faith, her love for children and the reason behind her decision to support the celebration.

Addressing the perception that celebrities do not always find time to worship, Bashabe explained that, beyond her public life, she is someone who loves God and values her faith. She said her family also shares the same faith and that she has personally loved the Ambassadors of Christ Choir and its music since she was young.

Bashabe also spoke about her decision to support the choir’s 30th anniversary celebration through Rahura, her company that provides school supplies and other products used by students.

She explained that her main consideration was the opportunity to be a blessing and contribute to an important celebration marking 30 years of the Ambassadors of Christ Choir. She said she was happy to play her part in supporting the people behind the choir and their work.

She also encouraged parents to consider Rahura when buying school supplies for their children, noting that the company provides school materials that students need and that its products are available in different parts of the country.

Bashabe also addressed her continued involvement in initiatives that support children. She said she has always had a love for children, and that this is also reflected in the work she is doing through her company, particularly in supporting education and helping children in their studies.

She emphasized that children hold an important place in the future of Rwanda, which is why supporting their education and development is something she considers meaningful.

Bashabe also used the opportunity to remind people about the importance of believing in Jesus Christ and encouraged them to maintain their faith in God.

In an interview with 'Inyarwanda', Bashabe shared these remarks while attending the Ambassadors of Christ Choir’s 30th Anniversary Concert.
