Snoop Dogg is taking on a surprising new role in Hitman World of Assassination, where the rap icon becomes the target of a new limited-time mission.
Developer IO Interactive announced the collaboration at Gamescom 2026, revealing Snoop as Dr. Cyrus Cane, a wealthy entrepreneur preparing to launch his cookie brand, Morsizzles. Snoop also provides his voice and likeness for the character.
In “The Herbalist,” players control Agent 47 as he enters a luxury party on Haven Island, where Dr. Cane is celebrating his upcoming product launch. What looks like a glamorous event soon becomes the setting for a dangerous assassination contract.
The mission will be available for free from August 27 to September 26, 2026. However, players only get one attempt, making every decision important.
Snoop’s son, Cordell C. Broadus, will also appear in the mission, marking a special father-and-son appearance in the Hitman series.
A new Herbalist Pack will also arrive on August 27 with additional challenges, outfits, weapons and other themed items.
