Victony has released a remix of “SLICK,” bringing American singer Summer Walker and rapper Don Toliver onto the track as the Nigerian star looks to build on the song’s impressive chart run. The remix and its accompanying music video arrived on Friday, October 16, 2026.
The new version gives the original Afrobeats hit a cross-continental collaboration, combining Victony’s sound with Summer Walker’s R&B vocals and Don Toliver’s melodic rap style. The release is available through OUTLAWVILLE and Encore Recordings.
The remix arrives as “SLICK” continues to perform strongly on the UK Official Afrobeats Chart. According to the Official Charts Company, the original song has spent 13 consecutive weeks at No. 1, from July 25 through October 17, 2026. That run has helped make the track one of Victony’s biggest releases to date.
Summer Walker had previously drawn attention to the song by sharing her own vocal take on it online, helping set the stage for her appearance on the remix. Don Toliver also has a musical history with Victony, having featured on the remix of “Soweto” alongside Rema in 2023.
The collaboration brings together three artists from different musical backgrounds, giving “SLICK” a new arrangement while keeping Victony’s original record at the centre. With the song already enjoying a sustained run on the UK Afrobeats chart, the remix introduces a new version for existing listeners and fans of the two American artists.
