Nigerian Afrobeats star Yemi Alade has dropped the official video for “Ala Bekee,” a new collaboration with Don Jazzy. The release comes ahead of her upcoming album, IT’S YEMI ALADE, which is set to arrive on September 11, 2026.
The music video was directed by Nigerian filmmaker Clarence Peters. It brings a colorful and energetic style to the song, with a wedding photography competition at the center of the story.
The video also features several familiar Nigerian entertainment stars, including Destiny Etiko, Baba Rex, Liquorose, Neo Akpofure, Jenni Frank and Sheggz.
“Ala Bekee” combines strong African percussion, horns and a dance-ready sound. The song was produced by Coublon and Fiokee, with mixing and mastering handled by Smathaudio and Vtekdawesome.
