Swedish pop singer Zara Larsson has released the official music video for “Blue Moon,” the fourth single from her fifth studio album, Midnight Sun.

The video brings the song’s dreamy sound to life through a series of fantasy-inspired scenes. Larsson transforms into a fairy and a mermaid, with visuals that move between a motel parking lot, a bus station and other unusual settings.

Directed by Charlotte Rutherford, the video builds on the song’s romantic mood while adding a playful, imaginative visual style. Larsson previously teased the video during a concert in Los Angeles, where she described it as her “best music video yet by far.”

“Blue Moon” is one of the tracks on Midnight Sun, which was released in September 2025. Larsson has described the song as the sister track to the album’s title song, highlighting its place within the project.

The song combines electropop with New Jersey drill influences, with production from Margo XS, MNEK and Zhone. Through the new video, Larsson continues to bring attention to the album as she shares more visuals from the project.
