American rapper Doechii has released her new single and music video, “CATWOMAN,” bringing another chapter of her Swamp Sessions series to fans.

The track and its official video arrived on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, following “BOMBS,” which marked the return of the series earlier this month. With the new release, Doechii continues to showcase her rap skills and creative approach to music and visuals.

“CATWOMAN” features production by Real Bad Man and Kal Banx. The track combines funk and soul influences with Doechii’s sharp delivery, quick flow changes and bold references to hip-hop and popular culture.

The song also includes a reference to her earlier track “CATFISH” and nods to rapper Busta Rhymes through his well-known “Woo-Hah!” ad-lib. Doechii also references actor Sean Connery and hip-hop legend 2Pac, bringing different parts of music and entertainment culture into the track.

The music video adds another layer to the release. Co-directed by Doechii and Carlos Acosta, the visual opens in a desert setting, where a version of Doechii known as the “Swamp Princess” meets a dramatic end. The video then shifts to a different look and performance style, with Doechii presenting another side of her on-screen character.

The release continues Doechii’s return to the Swamp Sessions, a creative series that has played a role in showing her personality, lyrical ability and visual ideas. The latest releases are also drawing attention as fans wait for her first studio album, which has not yet received an announced release date.

Doechii gained wider recognition through projects such as her 2024 mixtape, Alligator Bites Never Heal. She has continued to build her place in hip-hop through her distinctive style, creative music videos and ability to move between different sounds.

With “CATWOMAN,” Doechii gives listeners another look at her artistic direction while keeping attention on what comes next in her career.

The official “CATWOMAN” music video is available on Doechii’s YouTube channel.
