Canadian rapper Drake has confirmed that he plans to go on a world tour in 2027.
Drake made the announcement while speaking with CTV’s etalk ahead of the release of his new visual project “Fear of Missing Out” (FOMO) in Toronto. He said, “Obviously tour is coming,” and added that he plans to be “out” in 2027 to see fans around the world.
The announcement came on September 15, 2026, the same day Drake released FOMO, an hour-long visual project that had been the subject of fan speculation for weeks.
Drake described the project as a film rather than a traditional music video. “Fear of Missing Out” includes new visuals and music connected to his recent releases, including “ICEMAN,” “Habibti,” and “Maid of Honour.” Hypebeast had earlier reported that Drake described the project as a “not so short film.”
The film also gave fans new music. Reports from Billboard and Variety said FOMO included several unreleased songs and collaborations, adding to the large amount of new music Drake has released in 2026.
Among the artists connected to the new music are Yeat, Don Toliver and PartyNextDoor. Billboard reported that the film featured nine new songs and collaborations.
Drake's last North American headlining tour was the It’s All a Blur Tour, which ran from July 2023 to April 2024. He also performed in Australia in 2025 and later joined PartyNextDoor for the Some Special Shows 4 U concerts in Europe.
For the 2027 tour, Drake has confirmed the year and his plan to perform around the world, but the concert dates, cities, venues and ticket sale information have not been announced yet.
The 2027 tour will give Drake another chance to perform songs from his recent projects while bringing his live shows back to fans in different parts of the world.
