Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, reportedly made concert history on October 31, 2026, after attracting 80,210 fans to his Halloween show at Houston's NRG Stadium in Texas.
The reported attendance surpassed the venue's previous concert-only record of 80,203, set by country singer Cody Johnson in March 2026. The difference was just seven people, although Ye's final attendance figure has not yet been independently certified by the stadium.
The Halloween show was part of Ye's 2026 stadium tour, featuring music from his album Bully alongside songs from his earlier career. His performance included a large spherical stage, dramatic lighting and visual effects.
The concert also featured special appearances from Playboi Carti and Ye's daughter, North West, who joined her father on stage. Their appearances became some of the memorable moments of the night.
Ahead of the event, the venue announced strict security rules, including a ban on full-face masks and coverings, with exceptions for medical and religious reasons. It also warned that hate symbols and expressions of hate would not be allowed.
Despite the attention surrounding the event, the reported crowd of 80,210 has placed Ye's Houston performance among the biggest stadium rap shows in the United States.
