Mavin Records has issued a new public disclaimer concerning Lotanna Harry, again stating that he is not an agent, representative, intermediary or authorised associate of the record label.

The statement was signed by Legal Affairs, Mavin Global, on September 16, 2026. The company said the notice was issued to protect its artists, partners, clients, associates and members of the public from what it described as unauthorised representation.

Mavin said it had received reports about Harry allegedly presenting himself as a representative of the company and misrepresenting its business activities.

The label also said that a petition was previously filed at the Special Frauds Unit in Ikoyi, Lagos, and that Harry was apprehended on July 3, 2025, following a tip-off.

According to Mavin, Harry later agreed to write an undertaking and take other measures after the incident. The company said the undertaking was meant to stop him from presenting himself to members of the public as a representative or agent of Mavin.

Mavin also addressed the RAN Network, saying that neither Harry nor the claimed RAN Network has ever been affiliated with, appointed, engaged, authorised or mandated by the company to act on its behalf.

The label warned the public not to rely on any representation made by Harry as being authorised by Mavin.

Mavin said anyone who chooses to deal with Harry based on an alleged authority from the company does so at their own risk. The label also said it reserves the right to take legal action against Harry or anyone else involved in or helping with any unauthorised representation.

In the caption accompanying the statement on social media, Mavin asked people not to entertain communications or claims of representation from Harry.

The company also invited anyone who may have dealt with Harry in situations involving alleged misrepresentation or unauthorised requests for money to come forward.

Mavin asked people with relevant evidence to contact the company through its verified official channels. This may include receipts, payment records, messages, conversations or other documents connected to payment requests.

The latest statement adds to Mavin’s earlier public warning about Harry and gives a stronger account of the company’s position.

Mavin has made clear that Lotanna Harry and the claimed RAN Network are not authorised representatives of Mavin Records, while the company says it is willing to receive information from anyone who believes they may have been affected by the alleged conduct.

The statement was issued by MG Entertainment Nigeria Ltd., Legal Affairs, Mavin Global, on September 16, 2026.
